Vincent began his career in hospitality as a tour director in 1985, switching to hotel operations five years later and eventually joining the front office management team. His next move was into information technology (IT) as an installer/trainer for HFTP Hall of Fame member Dave Burroughs at then-National Guest System, which became Visual One Systems.
As a self-taught software developer, Vincent continued to grow in the company and ultimately became the senior vice president of research and development (R&D) and minority owner. During this time, he also founded his own golf course management software company GolfPro, Inc. In 2007, Agilysis purchased both Visual One Systems and GolfPro, where he stayed on as the R&D director.
After moving to Orlando, Florida in 2013 and a short retirement, Vincent accepted an offer from Milliennium Technology Group as assistant director of IT. When the role expanded, he became chief technology officer for Rosen Hotels and Resorts and its subsidiaries. In 2018, he was promoted to his current position as chief information officer.
