A current user of Agilysys InfoGenesis® point of sale (POS) and rGuest Pay payment systems, the Inn wanted to provide a seamless guest journey with fully integrated PMS and POS solutions to increase guest loyalty, improve operational efficiency and provide flexibility for continued property automation.

rGuest Express Mobile enables guests to check-in and check-out via any mobile device with support for digital keys and ID verification. With rGuest Express Mobile, guests benefit from a personalized experience, and the hotel enjoys reduced lines at the front desk, greater staff productivity, and reduced operating costs.
