Choctaw Casinos & Resorts has a well-earned reputation for its top-rated casinos and its AAA Four-Diamond hotel in Durant, Okla., which makes it a requirement to implement a comprehensive property management system with robust industry functionality to ensure the best guest experience throughout the property. From the initial booking experience to check-in and check-out and throughout their stay, Choctaw will offer guests easy to use, efficient self-service options.

Delivering superior guest service with a proven solution was important for Choctaw. As part of their due diligence they conducted an extensive and comprehensive evaluation of property management (PMS) solutions from multiple competing vendors, leading to a clear selection of Agilysys' LMS as the best choice due to its depth and breadth of functionality as well as its robust Casino Management Systems (CMS) integrations.
