The five starred Hotel Wellington first opened its doors in 1952 and has accommodated a long list of famous guests over the years, including Ernest Hemingway and Graham Greene.
The hotel boasts a Michelin-starred restaurant, was founded by a bull breeder and has traditionally been the place where matadors get dressed before a bullfight.
